Terms and Conditions of Trekking Special Programs

1. La Coronación will provide the services according to the description in the program. In case of any unwanted change La Coronación will immediately inform the agency and both sides will cooperate to look for a proper solution.


2. The prices of La Coronación are netes and valid for the dates requested. They will not be revealed to thirds, either partial or totally. Any change in the prices as a result of the increasing of costs of gasoline or any other cause, will be immediately informed to the agency and they will be applied in the next 30 days.


3. The agency must confirm the group and send the rooming list at least 30 days before its arrival to the country so La Coronación can guarantee the accommodation and all the services requested. No change will be accepted after that date and the following charges will be applied for no-show:
   No-show charges per person:
   a) 21-15 days before the arrival – 50% of the price of the package
   b) less than 15 days before the arrival – 100% the price of the package
   Last minute cancelations or changes: in case of changes in the program such as hotels, restaurants, tours, etc no devolution or discounts will be made, unless previously agreed by both sides on a written contract.


4. The payment to La Coronación will be made by bank transfer, at least 15 days before the arrival of the group and a copy of the bank swift will be sent as a guarantee for the service to be given.

6. Any charge during the bank transfer will be assumed by the agency.


7. La Coronación has the right to totally or partially cancel the services requested in case that the payment is not received on time.


8. La Coronación will not be responsible:
   a) For any service hired by the agency or the clients out of the program signed by both sides.
   b) For any disrespect of the legal regulations inside the territory of the republic of cuba, by the staff of the agency or by the clients.
   c) For any damage due to force majeure out of the responsibilities assumed by La Coronación in the protection and security of the clients.


9. In case of any claim, the agency and La Coronación will cooperate to look for a friendly solution. Otherwise, both sides will submit to the decision of the Cámara de Comercio de la República de Cuba. Its verdict will be definitive and not appealable.
