Description of the tour

Day 1: Flight to Havana Transfer to the hotel. Swimming pool.

Day 2: Havana – museum of Chocolate - aquarium - Viñales.
Visit of the 4 colonial squares, the museum of Natural History and of Chocolate, the Capitol, visit of the ancient military forteresses used to defend the city against the attacks of pirates. Departure to Viñales among banana plantations and sugar cane fields, before leaving Havana we visit the National Aquarium with dolphin´s show. Stop at a view-point in Los Jazmines The view is great. Swimming pool.

Day 3: Viñales valley- tour in American car-drying house
Possibility of tasting the Guaraton, typical drink of the local farmers, mix of sugar cane juice and grapefruit.
We press the juice ourselves in a rustic mill. Visit of a drying house where tobacco leaves are kept. Lunch in a private house in the middle of the valley, in the afternoon, tour in American car in town. Back to the hotel. Swimming pool.

Day 4: Indian´s cave - Caridad´s garden – school and baseball match - Sierra del Rosario
Indian´s cave, Caridad´s garden with exotic plants. Baseball match in Viñales stadium with the local kids. Lunch in a private house in town. Departure to Charco Azul. Swimming pool.

Day 5: Horse and cattle farm – crocodile farm – Bay of Pigs
Visit of a cattle farm, horseback riding. Lunch and departure to Cienaga de Zapata park. Visit to a crocodile farm. Accommodation in a hotel by the sea. Free time to enjoy the beach by the Bay of Pigs.

Day 6: Snorkeling at Caleta Buena. Hidden treasure
Great place to go snorkeling among many colorful fishes. Looking for a hidden treasure.
Back to the hotel to enjoy the beach.

Day 7: Pottery house - Trinidad
Departure to Trinidad. Lunch in a private house in the city. Tour of the colonial center, the handicraft market and the pottery house. Time to enjoy an afrocubain show.

Day 8: Catamaran to the islands of the Caribbean
Navigation to the islands. Time to enjoy a virgin beach inhabited only by iguanas and crabs. Coconut trees everywhere. Possibility of snorkeling by the coral reef. In the afternoon back to town. The family cook will prepare a grilled lobster for dinner!!

Day 9: Ancient sugar mil – La Bella water fall
Visit of an ancient sugar mill dating from the colonial times. Lunch at Banaos by a river. Promenade in the region to go swimming on La Bella water fall. Night in a small rustic hotel.

Day 10: Old Bridge in Sancti Spiritus – mausoleum of Che - Santa Clara
Departure to Sta Clara. Visit of Sancti Spiritus. Mausoleum of Che Guevara and museum. Swimming pool.

Day 11: Santa Clara - Cayo Santa Maria
Departure to Cayo Sta Maria (2hrs30). Free time to enjoy the beach. Canoe, volley, dance, petit catamarans etc...

Day 12: Free time by the beach, after lunch transfer to Havana
Accommodation in a hotel close to old historical center. Dinner free.

Day 13-14: Tour in Havana by velotaxi!

 Depending on the weather, the guide can modify the itinerary.
