HAVANA

Day 1: Briefing. City tour in Havana, visit to the historical center, World Inheritage of Mankind, promenade around the colonial squares: Cathedral Square, Arms Square, San Francisco de Asis Square, Old Square. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the Capitol, the central park, the Revolution Square, the Havana Club Museum. Return to the hotel.

HAVANA – GUAMA - CIENFUEGOS

Day 2: Breakfast. Departure to Guamá, where you can visit the artistic reproduction of an Indian village located in Zapata Peninsula, province of Matanzas. Promenade by boat on the Treasure Lake, during the trip you will admire the flora and fauna of the area. Visit to the crocodile farm. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, Transfert to Cienfuegos, the so called Pearl of the South, founded by the French, whose charming architecture reveals the magnificence of the French culture, this city was declared World Inheritage. Walk along Prado promenade and the boulevard to the central park. Visit to the Theatre Terry and the Valle palace. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

CIENFUEGOS – TRINIDAD – SANCTI SPIRITUS

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure to Trinidad, the so called Jewel of Cuba, walking tour in the historical center of the city, to admire its wonderful colonial architecture that seems frozen in time. Visit of the Plaza Mayor, the Romantic Museum and the local bar La Canchanchara where you will have the cocktail of the house and will have the opportunity to dance with the music of a traditional Cuban band.

SANCTI SPIRITUS – CIEGO DE AVILA - CAMAGUEY

Day 4: Breakfast. Departure to Camaguey, admiring the landscape with palms, flame trees and other interesting plants. Along the road you will go through small towns and villages both in Ciego de Avila and Camaguey. On the way you will stop at Ciego de Avila city to visit the central Park, and its surroundings. Lunch in a local restaurant. Transfert to Camagüey, the so called City of Jars. Tour of the main colonial squares: Square of the Workers, Square Ignacio Agramonte, Square of Carmen, Square San Juan de Dios…Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

CAMAGUEY – BAYAMO – COBRE – SANTIAGO DE CUBA

Day 5: Breakfast. Departure to Santiago de Cuba. Stop at Bayamo, known as the city of the National Anthem. Walking tour in the center. Lunch in a local restaurant. Transfert to Santiago, on the way visit to the Sanctuary dedicated to the Patron-Saint of Cuba: The Virgin of Charity. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel in Santiago.

SANTIAGO DE CUBA

Day 6: Breakfast. City tour of the first capital of Cuba, founded by the Spaniards. Stop at the Revolution Square Antonio Maceo to take pictures, visit to the museum 26 of July, the ancient Moncada Garrison, related to the History of Cuba. Later, visit to the historical center, the Cathedral Square, Dolores Square, visit to the museum of Traditions: House of Diego Velazquez. Free time for pictures and shopping. Visit to the Morro Castle: museum of Piracy. Lunch in restaurant nearby. Return to the hotel. Dinner.

SANTIAGO DE CUBA - BIRAN – HOLGUIN SANTA LUCIA

Day 7: Breakfast. Departure to Santa Lucia, on the way visit to Biran: a historical site where Fidel and Raul Castro were born. Transfert to Holguin, the city of Squares, visit to the Calixto Garcia square, San JOSE SQUARE, La Marqueta square, Grave de Peralta square. Visit of The Cross Hill, from where you can admire a wonderful view of the city.. Lunch in a local restaurant. Transfert to Santa Lucia. Accommodation at the hotel. A/I.

SANTA LUCIA

Days 8/9: Free time to enjoy the beach and the optionnal tours.

SANTA LUCIA – MORON – REMEDIOS – SANTA CLARA

Day 10: Breakfast. Departure to Santa Clara, taking the northern road, going through Moron in Ciego de Avila province and through Remedios in Villa Clara province, a nice colonial town famous for the local carnivals. Lunch in local restaurant. Transfer to Santa Clara. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

SANTA CLARA - VARADERO O HAVANA

Day 11: Breakfast. City tour. Visit of the Memorial to the Derailed Train, main witness of the combat lead by Ché Guevara, walking promenade in the center of Santa Clara. Visit of Ché Guevara Square, the Mausoleum and museum. Lunch in a local restaurant. Transfert to Varadero or Havana, depending on the hotel.
