Tour Description
HAVANA
Day 1: Briefing. City tour, visit to the historical center, World Inheritage. Tour of the colonial squares. Cathedral Square, Arms square, Old square. Lunch. In the afternoon sightseeing tour in modern Havana: National Capitol, Central Parc, Revolution Square, Rhum Museum. Back to the hotel.
HAVANA - LAS TERRAZAS - HAVANA
Day 2: Departure to Las Terrazas, Ecologic Project located in Sierra del Rosario, declared World Inheritage by UNESCO, Time to enjoy the lovely nature and the beauties of the area. Visit to La Moka hotel, very interesting construction well integrated to the local Forest. Visit to the farm La Union, with an extraordinary garden of tropical plants. Visit to the ruins, partially restored of an ancient French Coffee Farm from the 19een Century. Contact with the community, visit to the central square and the sociocultural facilities. Possibility of having an excellent coffee at Maria´s (not included). Visit to the local gallery, possibility of buying the handicraft created by the locals. Lunch at a local restaurant and possibility of swimming in the San Juan River. Back to the hotel in Havana
HAVANA – GUAMÁ - TRINIDAD
Day 3: Departure to Guamá, reproduction of un Indian village, located at Zapata peninsula, in Matanzas province. During the trip the tour guide will give you interesting explanations. Visit to the crocodile farm, promenade by boat to the Indian village, walking tour in the area. Lunch in a local restaurant. Departure to Trinidad Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.
TRINIDAD
Day 4: Breakfast. City tour of Trinidad that seems frozen in time. Visit to the Plaza Mayor, the Romantic museum, the main church: La Santísima Trinidad, the Canchanchara bar, where you will have the typical cocktail, visit to the pottery house. Lunch in a local restaurant. Free time. Back to the hotel. Dinner.
TRINIDAD - CIENFUEGOS – VARADERO OR HAVANA
Day 5: Breakfast. Departure to Varadero. On the way, visit to the city of Cienfuegos, known as the Pearl of South, located by a beautiful bay where there is the biggest coral in Cuba, baptized Notre Dame. Visit of the central park Jose Marti, the theatre Terry, the art gallery and the Cathedral. Lunch. Departure to Varadero or Havana.
