The La Unión Hotel is located right in the middle of Cienfuegos, just 7 km away from the airport. It offers all the services of a modern hotel and at the same time it stays faithful to the old colonial style. Founded since 130 years, the La Unión Hotel has been restructured and rededicated in July 2000. In its golden times, the hotel met historic guests, such as the Captain General Arsenio Martínez Campos, the illustrated patriot Juan Gualberto Gómez, or the celebrated architect José Raúl Capablanca.
