TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| This contract was written in accord with law decree 17/03/1995 nb 111 of CEE directive 314/90, law number 1084 (27/12/1977), International Convention on travel contracts (CCV), signed in Bruxelles on 23/03/1970, based on varsovian convention (12/10/1929) concerning international air transfers. This law has becomed executive with the law 806 on 02/03/1963. |
| The reservation approuval by La Coronacion Travel Agency S.A. is submitted on services and touristic products disponibilities. It is only finalized upon written confirmation by La Coronacion Travel Agency S.A. |
| At the reservation, you shoud pay the subscription, that corresponds to 25% of the price. The price balance must to be paied before the beginning of the travel. Where the reservation occurs after, the voyager will eventually pay the entire subscription at the moment of the reservation.

| While the voyager will be forced to renounce to its reserved travel package, it can concede its contract to a third parity person, over the condition that he/she satisfies to all required conditions for the services provided by the package. In this case, the voyager must communicate to LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. its intention to yeld the contract to the third parity person by certified mail or, in case of urgency, by telegram or telex, which must arrive at least four business days before the day of the travel, indicating as well the identity of the new beneficiary of the contract (first and last name, sex, date of birth, citizenship). Horewer, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. will absolutely not be responsible of the refusal of any third parity services provider. After the cessation, the yelder or the beneficiary must pay the entire price of the travel package and all the eventual charges derived from the cessation. The charges will be 25 USD for any reserving modifications. The same amount will be debited for any other file changes. |
| ABANDONING/PENALS/TRAVEL NON-EXECUTION |
The voyager can abandon the contract without incurring to any penalities in the following cases :

Package prices increasing over 10 % of its original value.

Any essential contract modification by LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. after the contract signatures and non accepted by the customer. For this, the voyager must communicate to us, in written form, its choice about accepting or rejecting the condition, at least two business days after the modification proposal. In the absence of this written communication after the expiration of this period, any modification will automatically considered accepted by the customer. In the indicated eventualities, i.e., while LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. void the turistic package, before the voyage and while the voyager is not responsible of this cancellation, this one can enjoy of the following alternative rights :
- Have at his disposal another equivalent featured travel package or, if this last is not available, a more featured package without having to pay any price supplement. Where these two options are not applicable, the client can choose an inferior package with a money back refund of the difference.

Receive back price amount, payable in seven business days, after having communicated the cancellation intention or after having specified to accept the alternative proposal.
The voyager must communicate in written form to LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. its choice to renonce enjoying of the alternative solution, no more than two days after the proposal. In the absence of this communication from the voyager in the established period, the alternative package will be considered as accepted by the customer. Next, where the voyager will be able to give the specified proof, the voyager will have the right to be refunded. This compensation will not be applicable in the case of the cancellation of the voyage will depend on an insufficient number of members, eventuelly indicated in the contract or in the travel program. In this case, the customer will be noticed about this inconvenient at most twenty days before the travel. In this case, the annulation depends on an unpredictable and inavoidable cause.

While the customer wants to cancel the contract independentely of the caused mentioned above, it can be refund from its precendent payment, except the participing subscription fees, if predicted, any any above mentioned penalities. It may be also necessary any charge or fee of any service cancellation ; in that case, it will have a charge of 10 % from the entire subscription price and it must be done at least 30 days before the departure.
If this term is not respected, the customer can incur to the followind penalities :
20% of the price if the cancellation request will be sent 29 to 15 days before the leaving.
30% if the abandoning occurs from 14 to 9 days before the departure.
50% of the price if the cancellation occur from 8 to 4 days before the departure.
75% of the price if the abandoning occur three days before the leaving.
100% of the price for less than three days before.
The above penalities also apply to whose that cannot leave due to lacks or irregularities of any travel or personal document (passport, travel ticket, and so on). No refund will be made starting from three days before the departure or to a customer that decide to interrupt a trip already beginned. The count of the days doesn't include the day of the cancellation and this calculation is business days based (monday to friday).

| The price of an touristic package is determined on the currency changes rates and the available services at the time of catalog editing. Such price can be modified only in function of the variations of transfer prices, the gas, taxasions and various other rights, for example (and not limited to) the boarding or arrival taxes in airports and the applicable currency change rate. Any price revision will be determined in proportiion of the variancy of the mentioned elements ; we will provide anytime the exact indication for any applicable variation that would impact to any price changes. The revision after any price raise cannot be more than 10 % of the contracted price. Where the price raise exceed this 10 %, the buyer can terminate the contract and get refunded of the paied amount. This under the condition that the client notices in writing to LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. its decision to cancel the subscription, and this must be done at least 48 hours after the raise of the price. Nevertheless, the price can never be raised during the twenty days before the travel. We will not accept any reclamation about prices and services during the travel or after its end. |
| MODIFICATION OF SERVICES BY LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. |
| In the case where some part of the services mentioned in the contract cannot be given, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. will provide suitable alternatives in order to continue the programmed travel, without any charges to the customer. As well, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. can refund this inaccomplished parts in respect with the effective difference between the original services and the modified ones exept for any major damages that the customer can report. If any alternative solution is not applicable or if the customer doesn't accept it for any justified reason LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. can grant him or her en equivalent transport medium for the back and will return back the difference between the services prices and made until the premature journey back. |
| The travelers will have to bring any identity document that must be valid for any country mentioned in the travel program. As well, they have to bring any visa or health certificates, where required. Furthermore, all subscribers have to respect all dispositions provided by LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A., in accord with rules and laws in the country where the travel will be organized. All subscribers should respond for any damages they could cause to the travel organization, in the cases where they couldn't satisfy all above mentioned demand. Furthermore, the traveler have to show respond to LA
CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. for any required document, information or element that could be useful for the exercice of the right of subrogation and the customer will be finally responsible in respect to the organizer and subrogation right granter. |
| While editing the reservation file, the customer to note, in writing, any special demand that LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. can confirm, in writing, after having verified with the respective services providers the availability of the requested services, all possible supplementary charges. |

LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. RESPONSABILITIES |
The responsability of LA
CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. in respect to the voyager for any received damage after an improper accomplishment or after some missed obligations, is established by international laws and conventions, described in the TRAVELING CONTRACT.
In consequence, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A., will not be responsible in any case beyond the limits imposed by these laws and conventions, in respect with the reclamation.
The travel agent (the seller), where the reservation will be made, will not respond in any case for the travel obligations, but only and exclusively to these involved with its quality of intermediary and, anyway, in the limits expected by the law or by the international conventions that this responsability includes. In any case, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. or any other seller will not be responsible when any impropriety of the expected travel depends of the traveler itself or of some third parity actor, stranger to the services provided by the contract. As well, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. or any other seller will not be responsible for any other fortuitous, unavoidable or unexpectable incident that doesn't depend to our or any other third parity operating.
Furthermore, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A., cannot be considered responsible for any services provided by any thir parity parts, and not inculded in the travel package, and finally, LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A. will not be responsable for any action or decision taken by the customer in the course of its travel. |
| RECLAMATIONS AND DENOUNCIATIONS |
| Any contract violation noticed by the customer during its travel, must be immediately reported to the services provided or to our representatives, if applicable. Furthermore, any poor service should be reported to the provider. The traveler must do that before any expiring term, to present in writing form, the reclamation and sent it by certified mail, with reception notice to LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A., and to any server before the date of the travel return. |
| FLY OR CHAMBER REPLACEMENT |
| LA CORONACION TRAVEL AGENCY S.A.,
has the capability to replace any plane or hotel chanber with other with similar characteristics, where this would be necessary for operating reasons or for any major cause. Such capability doesn't imply any contract modification applicable with the clause in the paragraph "ABANDONING/PENALS/TRAVEL NON-EXECUTION" of these terms and conditions. |
| Any modification from the client to some travel reservation already accepted will be done with the travel organized in respect of the limits where these request can be satisfied and all imply a charge fee of 25 USD, as processing fees. |
